  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • Rural and remote locations may require additional delivery time.

International shipping is currently not available (can be enabled later if required).


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–8 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Courier partner
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected products and locations.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Share images/videos of the damaged product and packaging
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy

9. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • In some cases, the order may be cancelled after multiple failed delivery attempts.

10. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability and location.
